Dear Parents, Guardians, Students, and Staff,

It is with great honour that I introduce myself as David Arogo, the Deputy head of institution, Gacio Junior Academy. I am committed to advancing our school’s legacy of academic excellence, holistic development, and moral integrity, in close collaboration with our Head of Institution.

My key roles include assisting in school administration; overseeing discipline to ensure a safe and respectful environment; and facilitating effective curriculum implementation aligned with the Competency-Based Curriculum.

Additionally, I optimize resource utilization for teaching programmes, provide leadership and mentorship, promote staff professional development, and monitor teaching standards and conduct.

I look forward to partnering with our vibrant community to nurture tomorrow’s leaders through discipline, innovation, and inclusivity.
